Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

• Open to students from both EU and non-EU countries.
• Must be applying for a Master’s program at the University of Luxembourg.
• Only applicable to Master’s programs conducted entirely in Luxembourg (programs requiring a semester or year abroad are NOT eligible).
• Must have outstanding academic performance in undergraduate studies.
• Must be a full-time student and not receiving Luxembourg State Financial Aid (formerly CEDIES).
• Applicants from third countries (non-EU states) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Application Process – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Apply for Admission

• First, submit your Master’s degree application through the University of Luxembourg’s online admissions portal https://www.uni.lu/en/education/study-programme-list/.
• Ensure you meet the program’s specific admission requirements before applying.

Step 2: Get Shortlisted for the Scholarship

• If your academic application is exceptional, the Programme Director may invite you to apply separately for the scholarship. Then you will receive an official scholarship application link via email.

Step 3: Submit the Scholarship Application: https://www.uni.lu/life-en/financial-support/scholarships/#guillaume-dupaix.

Step 4: Final Selection:

• Applications undergo a rigorous evaluation process.
• Shortlisted candidates will be notified by mid-May 2025.
• Winners must confirm acceptance within three working days.

The last date to apply for the Guillaume Dupaix International Master’s Scholarship at the University of Luxembourg is March 31, 2025. Finalists will be notified by mid-May 2025, and selected students must confirm their acceptance within three working days. The scholarship agreement will be signed upon arrival at the University in September 2025.
