2025 Hubei University China Government Scholarship

Hubei University invites international students to apply for the 2025 Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS) “High-Level Postgraduate” Program.

Hebei University Scholarship Benefits

The Hubei University Chinese Government Scholarship covers the following:

• Tuition Fees: Complete waiver for the duration of the program.
• Accommodation: Fully funded on-campus housing.
• Monthly Stipend:
  • Master’s students: CNY 3,000
  • Doctoral students: CNY 3,500

Degree Levels and Eligibility

Eligible Degree Levels

• Master’s Programs: Duration of 3 years.
• Doctoral Programs: Duration of 3 years.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Open to non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.
• Educational Background:
• • • Master’s applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with excellent academic records, and be under 35 years of age.
    • Doctoral applicants must hold a master’s degree or equivalent, with outstanding academic performance, and be under 40 years of age.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Chinese-taught programs require a minimum of HSK Level 4.
    • For programs taught in other languages, relevant proficiency certificates (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) are required.

Application Process

Applicants must complete two steps to apply successfully:

Step 1: CSC System Registration

• Visit the CSC application portal http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina.
• Select Category B and input the agency code of Hubei University (10512).
• Submit the application form along with required documents.

Step 2: Hubei University Platform Registration

• Visit the https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/rknl9-zt_GSIddcWQUJXhA.
• Complete and submit all application materials.
