Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be citizens of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, or Tajikistan with valid passports.
• Be aged between 18 and 25.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (pre-graduation certificates accepted).
• Pass the HSK-4 exam (score of 195 or above) after completing the preparatory Chinese language program.
• Be free of any other scholarships.
