2025 Springboard USA Fellowship for International Students

The Springboard Fellowship 2025, hosted by Hillel International, offers a unique, two-year, paid opportunity for recent college graduates to reimagine and enrich Jewish student life on college campuses across North America.

This prestigious fellowship is perfect for individuals passionate about creating vibrant, inclusive Jewish communities and making a positive impact on students’ lives.

Hillel Springboard Fellowship Benefits

Participants of the Springboard Fellowship enjoy a comprehensive support package, including:

• Competitive Salary: $46,000 in the first year and $48,000 in the second year.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Springboard Fellow, you will:

• Engage Students: Build meaningful relationships to foster an inclusive Jewish community through events, discussions, and innovative initiatives.
• Support Programs: Enhance campus initiatives by collaborating with staff and student leaders.
• Promote Education: Develop creative Jewish identity programs and provide guidance on Jewish values and rituals.
• Collaborate: Partner with cultural and religious groups on campus.
• Create Impact: Play a pivotal role in shaping the Jewish student experience on campuses.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a recent college graduate or graduating senior (0–3 years post-graduation).
• Have a passion for building Jewish life on campuses.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show initiative and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Display excitement for engaging hundreds of Jewish students.

Extensive Jewish education is not required, only a commitment to learning and fostering a vibrant Jewish community.

Application Process

The application consists of five parts and takes approximately 45–60 minutes to complete:

• General Information: Upload your resume and provide three (03) references.
• Short Response Questions: Thoughtfully answer questions about your interests and goals.
• Placement Preferences: Indicate your preferred campus location.
• Additional Information: Provide demographic details (used solely for evaluation purposes).
• Video Component: Record answers to four questions using a video platform.
