Role and Responsibilities
As a Springboard Fellow, you will:

- Promote Education: Develop creative Jewish identity programs and provide guidance on Jewish values and rituals.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a recent college graduate or graduating senior (0–3 years post-graduation).
- Have a passion for building Jewish life on campuses.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show initiative and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Display excitement for engaging hundreds of Jewish students.
Extensive Jewish education is not required, only a commitment to learning and fostering a vibrant Jewish community.
Application Process
The application consists of five parts and takes approximately 45–60 minutes to complete:
- General Information: Upload your resume and provide three (03) references.
- Short Response Questions: Thoughtfully answer questions about your interests and goals.
- Placement Preferences: Indicate your preferred campus location.
- Additional Information: Provide demographic details (used solely for evaluation purposes).
- Video Component: Record answers to four questions using a video platform.
