From Spain to Italy, England to Germany, several Nigerian stars will be lighting up league football and these are the top five ones to keep an eye on.
Gift Orban — St Pauli vs Hoffenheim
Hoffenheim’s Gift Orban may have missed out on Eric Chelle’s first squad as manager of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, but the 22-year old is already working hard to ensure he is on the next one.

Gift Orban wheels off after his first Bundesliga goal for Hoffenheim.
Orban has scored four goals in nine Bundesliga matches (five starts) since his winter move to Hoffenheim from Lyon and appears to be getting back to the form that made him one of the most exciting talents in the world.
The Nigerian star will have another chance to impress in Germany when Hoffenheim travel to 15th place St. Pauli hoping to stave off relegation.
Chidera Ejuke — Sevilla vs Athletic Club
Another forward who missed out on the Super Eagles’ final squad to play Rwanda and Zimbabwe was Sevilla’s Chidera Ejuke.

While the tricky winger was included in the original 39-man shortlist, he was unable to make the final cut, with Sevilla manager Garcia Pimentia even confessing that the Nigerian forward was not yet back to his best form.
Ejuke will be eager to do just that this weekend as Sevilla host Athletic Club hoping to make a late push for a European place next season.
Moses Simon — Nantes vs Lille
Nantes’ battle to avoid relegation continues this weekend as the Canaries take on Europe-chasing Lille in Ligue 1.

Central to Nantes’ fight for survival has been Nigerian forward Moses Simon, who has risen to the occasion numerous times to rescue his side this season.
Simon will be on the prowl for more goals and assists to add to his 13 goal contributions in 23 Ligue 1 matches this season to help the Canaries in their pursuit of safety.
Ademola Lookman — Atalanta vs Inter
With Atalanta set for another title-defining clash this weekend, they will look to their Nigerian talisman, Ademola Lookman, once again to produce the goods.

Lookman has scored 13 goals this season in the League.
The Super Eagles star scored in Atalanta’s 4-0 demolition of Juventus in the previous game week and appears to have patched things up with manager Gian Piero Gasperini, so he will be back to his devastating best when La Dea host the Nerrazzuri.
With only three points separating Atalanta and Inter at the top of the table, Lookman could be key to help the outsiders leapfrog the reigning champions in Serie A this weekend.
Wilfred Ndidi — Leicester City vs Manchester United
The relegation six-pointer involving Leicester City and Manchester United provides another opportunity for Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi to show his quality in front of a large audience.

Ndidi has been solid for Leicester City this season despite the Foxes’ struggles in the Premier League, and has attracted suitors, should the former champions suffer relegation.
The Nigerian star will get another chance to show his suitors how good he is when he goes up against the likes of Bruno Fernandes in the Manchester United side this weekend, hoping to come out on top.
