The Knights of Najd extended their lead in the 47th minute, shortly after halftime.

The goal gave the home team new hope as they started to put a lot of pressure on Al Nassr and threatened to find a way to tie the score.
Ronaldo and company were able to maintain their lead and secure the three points in spite of Al Raed’s late comeback.
Al Nassr now has 38 points after 18 games, which puts them in third place in the league standings.
