Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and organized Operations Officer to join our team.
- You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our workshop, managing workflow, coordinating logistics and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate workflow of the workshop.
- Coordinate logistics, including parts ordering and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of workshop operation, including job cards, invoices and customer information.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with operations
Manager to implement processes and optimize workshop operations.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Engineering or any Technical related field.
- 2 years experience in operations management or Admin role preferably in an automotive field.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.

2.) Technical Service Advisor

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, inspecting and diagnosing vehicle faults, recommending repairs and maintenance services to customers.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle faults and provide detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Recommend repairs to customers and collaborate with mechanics to ensure all services are completed with high standards, efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, diagnoses, and repairs.
- Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technologies and repair methods, and apply this knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a technician or service advisor in a mechanic workshop.
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferably
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to generate agreements and contracts before inspection, servicing or repair.
- Proficient with diagnostics tools and machine, workshop management software and other technical tools.
- Excellent technical and communication skills.
Salary
N180,000 to N250,000 per month.

Job Description
- We are seeking a young, vibrant and smart Production Officer for Printing operations.
- The ideal candidate for this role must have good leadership qualities, and communication skills, and be goal-oriented.
- Work days: Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities
- Handle designs and corrections.
- Ensure printing tasks are of quality and excellent standard.
- Interface with various artisans and Purchase of raw materials.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in service management role, preferably in a mechanic workshop or similar industry

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
