We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Audit and Compliance Lead

Location: Yaba, Lagos (with duties requiring audits across multiple outlets within Lagos)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Conduct audits across multiple outlets within Lagos to identify risks and recommend process improvements.
• Oversee compliance programs and ensure adherence to financial, operational, and risk management policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the internal control team, ensuring effective task delegation and mentorship.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and collaborate with management to address identified issues.
• Stay updated on industry regulations to ensure the company’s practices are compliant and aligned with best practices.

Requirements

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIA are mandatory.
• Extensive experience in internal auditing and compliance, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in audit tools, software, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Maturity and professionalism in managing cross-functional tasks and responsibilities.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in internal control, process, financial, and operational assurance.
• Experience in FMCG or QSR is highly preferred.

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 Net per month.
