1.) Director of Operations
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring theday to day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
- Supervising staff from different departments and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitoring the manufacturing and production process.
- Ensuring all productions are of quality and meet the required standard.
- Maintaining the documentation, supplies and samples related to quality control testing.
- Liasing with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a relatable field.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in Operations or a similar role.
- Strong experience in strategic planning and operational management
- Proven track record of aligning operations with business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Organizational, time management and problem solving skills.

- Will be responsible for co-ordinating your team on site and ensure everyone is productive.
- Serve as a Liaison between the Customer and the Company effectively transmitting information.
- Quality control and Assurance.
- Ability to mitigate potential risks.etc.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in a relatable field.
- Knowledge of Carpentry, wood works, designs etc is paramount.
- Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
- Organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
- Experience: 0 – 5 years experience is required for this role.

Job Responsibilities
- Produce 3D architectural designs of both indoor and outdoor spaces with minimal time frame.
- Be abreast with modern laws and designs.
- Be able to attend design meeting and communicate effectively both with internal and external customers.
- Conducting site inspections and taking measurements of new projects.
- Should be able to confidently handle a site when the need arises.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Architecture or a relatable field.
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in this field.
- Creativity should be top notch.
- Problem solving ability,
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational andtime management.
