The five-time Ballon d’Or winner shared glimpses of his milestone birthday on social media, first posting an image of himself using high-tech recovery boots worth £4,000—an insight into his unrelenting dedication to fitness. 

Later, he swapped his performance gear for an elegant smart suit and joined his loved ones for a grand celebration.

Ronaldo’s commitment to his body remains as steadfast as ever, even on his birthday.

The Portuguese forward took to Instagram to share a picture of himself using compression boots designed to enhance blood circulation and aid muscle recovery. 

Despite his relentless pursuit of peak physical condition, Ronaldo did take time out to enjoy his special day with his long-term partner, Georgina Rodriguez, and close family members. 

Georgina Rodriguez, who has been with Ronaldo for nearly a decade, did not make any post to celebrate the Portuguese legend on social media.

However, the mother of five was present to celebrate CR7 with friends and family.

The birthday bash was nothing short of extravagant, with Ronaldo seen beaming in photos beside Georgina, who looked stunning as always.

Accompanying the snapshots, Ronaldo shared photos from the celebration to his 648 million followers captioning it: “Thank you all for the amazing birthday messages! Had a great day with family and friends, couldn’t wish for anything better.”

Even as he celebrates another decade, Ronaldo remains obsessed with self-improvement—something that hasn’t gone unnoticed by his inner circle. 

In a candid admission, the Al-Nassr forward revealed that his friends often mock him for having “no life” due to the tireless effort he puts into maintaining his elite fitness.
