Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement new Purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification.
- Conducting cost control and cost analysis
- Meet Sub-contractors and suppliers on-site where necessary
- Preparing tender documents, contracts, budget and bills of quantities
- Manage equipment/ material inventory
- Research new materials for design and cost savings
- Ability to effectively solve problems and conflicts
- Ability to delegate and manage multiple operations effectively.
