Job Summary

  • Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with ICAN / CPA? Our client, based in ONDO is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant to join their team.The Senior Accountant  will report to the Finance manager and support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems.

Responsibilities

CHECK OUT : Requirements for Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Visas

  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry on time
  • Maintain the supporting documentation in effective
  • Execute monthly supplier account reconciliation
  • Execute monthly Bank account reconciliation
  • Provide weekly expense & investment Analysis report
  • Perform Ledger scrutiny on each account before Month end process
  • Co-ordinate with Store team to get adequate information on GRN, Issue Slip & Stock Transfer to check postings in book & physical stock movements are tied up each other on daily basis.
  • Co-ordinate with store team to perform monthly stock taking
  • Co-ordinate with HR team to process Payroll on time
  • Monthly reconcile on PAYEE, PENSION, VAT & WHT for compliance
  • Perform monthly accruals & amortization records
  • Need to perform in different roles as management needs (Finance &Admin department).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’ Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years experience in Monthly Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable triple matching, Payroll reconciliation and Inventory reconciliation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Willing to relocate to Ondo state.

Salary
N400,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
