Participants engage with real-world projects, receive guidance from mentors, and build portfolios that showcase their skills to potential employers.
With Nigeria’s youth unemployment rate at approximately 42.5%, the need for practical job skills in the tech sector is at an all-time high. CareerEx provides training aligned with market needs, preparing students for viable careers and fostering tech-driven economic growth.
Our collaboration with Access Bank has enabled us to train good numbers of participants in tech-related skills, with plans for expansion.
