Former Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe has revealed the key difference between former Red Devils bosses Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Axel Tuanzebe was highly rated coming through the ranks at Manchester United.
His versatility as a full-back who could play all across the backline made him one of the brightest prospects but he never kicked on as expected.
The 27-year-old spent 8 seasons at Manchester United, making just 37 appearances across competitions.

He made his debut under Jose Mourinho in 2016 but never managed to hold down a regular spot.
Tuanzebe’s best spell at Old Trafford came under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer when he made 29 appearances across two seasons before being loaned out to Aston Villa.
Speaking on The Overlap Podcast, Tuanzebe reflected on his time under both managers and what sets them apart.
“Mourinho was very hands-on. He would take the training sessions, delegate roles right in the middle of the pitch, coaching.
“But for Ole, it was different. He watches as his assistants take the sessions and he analyses every individual.
“I’d definitely say Ole was more approachable as a manager.
The Congolese defender had spells on loan at Villa, Napoli and Stoke City before joining Ipswich on a free transfer.
