Chelsea star Cole Palmer has been named the sexiest footballer of 2025, beating global icons like Cristiano Ronaldo, Jude Bellingham, and Jack Grealish. The 22-year-old topped a survey conducted by Slotozilla, which polled 2,500 British adults aged 18-55. While he may not be the most obvious choice, his rising popularity among fans has made him the new face of football attraction.

The survey considered factors such as facial symmetry, grooming, personal style, on-field charisma, and social media appeal. Most of the top-ranked players were from the Premier League, with only Ronaldo, Bellingham, and Mbappe making the list from outside England. Palmer secured 19% of the votes, edging out Bellingham, who finished second with 17%, while Grealish claimed third with 15%.

Arsenal’s Declan Rice managed a respectable fourth place, followed by Trent Alexander-Arnold and Bukayo Saka, who also ranked highly. Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo had to settle for eighth, despite his legendary status and global appeal. Erling Haaland, known for his Nordic charm, finished ninth, while Kylian Mbappe rounded off the top ten with just 2% of the vote.

A spokesperson for Slotozilla noted that footballers have always been cultural icons, and the survey reflects how fan perceptions evolve. They highlighted that Palmer’s rise is not only due to his success on the pitch but also his growing status as a fan favorite. At the same time, names like Ronaldo and Mbappe remain global attractions, showing that confidence, style, and success still play a major role.

Although Palmer now holds the title of the sexiest footballer, he is looking to rediscover his best form on the pitch. He has not scored for Chelsea since January 14, when he netted in a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth. Despite this dry spell, he has already scored 14 Premier League goals this season, proving that his struggles are more of a temporary setback than a major slump.

Chelsea recently returned to winning ways with a commanding 4-0 victory over Southampton, boosting the team’s morale. Their next challenge will be against FC Copenhagen in the Conference League on March 6, followed by a Premier League clash with Leicester City three days later. Palmer will be hoping to get back on the scoresheet and justify both his footballing talent and his newfound title.
