1.) Procurement Manager

Job Summary
- The Procurement Manager is responsible for procurement planning, costing, negotiation, warranties, specifications and related supply chain and logistics management functions for several projects within our client: an EPCI company in the Nigerian Oil and Gas sector.
- The individual will ensure the cost-effective procurement of supplies, equipment, and services for all company Installations and maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities
- Development of procurement strategies for preparation and presentation to directors.
- Manage the procurement operations in the SCM department of the organisation
- Meticulously manage all aspects of procurement from negotiation to delivery
- Promote safety and awareness among Supply Chain and Vendor staff aimed at zero accident/incident rate.
- Accountable for approval of bid lists and purchase orders up to a certain limit of authority.
- Participate in prequalification of suppliers as necessary and evaluation of commercial bids
- Preparation of negotiation strategies and procurement negotiations as appropriate
- Ensure awards of Contracts and Purchase Orders comply with Cathodic Protection (CP) procedures, Specifications and local and international HSE standards
- Accountable for reviewing and approving suppliers’ requests for payment concerning vendors, ensuring all obligations are met before payment.
- Ensure all Contract and Purchase Order close-outs are undertaken promptly, including the resolution of claims as and when required
- Oversee estimation of Freight costs and call-off freight forwarding services from suppliers, to meet required on-site dates at minimum costs
- Ensure the use of SAP BP ERP for Contracting and Procurement transactions
- Provide sound advice on specifications and actively take the lead in negotiating high-value contracts

2.) Senior Mechanical Technician
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary
- Responsible for maintenance operations within field of competence, ensuring that maintenance operations under responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with the company’s current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within field, carried out on site.
- Guarantees a good level of availability of the equipment responsible for on production sites.
- Plays a predominant role in the transfer of skills to personnel undergoing training by mentoring on site.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Operations:
- Organises and performs on site the maintenance operations which are placed under responsibility, with teams assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC).
- Ensures that the company’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under responsibility.
- Ensures that all maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in strict compliance with company operating procedures and any relevant statutory legislation to maintain all such equipment in sound and safe operating condition.
- Manages interventions using the CMMS, enters intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to field.
- Monitors the functioning of systems placed under responsibility.
- Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within respective teams and actively participates in this personally.
- Carries out, at the Supervisor request, any intervention within the field of competence.

3.) Full Field Shut Down Engineer

4.) ICSS Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Responsible for the Technical content of the Maintenance Methods in the field of ICSS, SII networks and Package systems, (but could include Metering and Instrumentation, if acting during absence of Head of Instrumentation and ICSS), including the responsibility for maintenance plans, spare parts coverage, working techniques, and the procedures, in accordance with the Maintenance Policy.
- Revise the maintenance plans prepared by the various Contractors, preparation and validation of fiscal metering calibration and periodic validation according to government regulations and ensure their proper implementation.
- Coordinate with the Methods Department the consolidation of the Maintenance Plans.
- Ensure suitable spare-parts availability/coverage through adequate stock management parameters; initiate the necessary improvements in accordance with the reliability and availability objectives.
- Perform the duties of Technical Administrator for the ICSS Spare Parts under delegation from Hierarchy.
- Develop and control proper implementation/use of the techniques and tools required for an efficient maintenance, including both technical (condition monitoring, working tools, etc…) and administrative/reporting aspects (Work reports, data trending, spare parts consumption, etc…).
- Responsible to control and ensure the data captured in UNISUP are accurate; perform their analysis and propose optimisation plans.
- Ensure proper management of the equipment support means including documentations, tooling, software etc.
- Provide, monitor and follow-up technical expertise in view of timely and efficiently address the failures and losses of performance of equipment.
- Analyse the equipment performances, perform technical studies, provide technical support on any technical queries, make proposals for improvement and optimization.
- Perform modification studies as required. Coordinate planning & implementation of minor and major upgrades.
- Supervise the implementation of approved SMR and ensure logical conclusions of all modifications related to ICSS.
- Ensure the operations under own authority are prepared and performed in accordance with Company rules, procedures and specifications, and in full compliance with the HSE standards.
- Responsible for the mobilisation, the coordination, the logistic arrangements of the external resources (vendors, contractors, means, etc) required for the operations in own field of competence. Includes initiation of call-off or service order, definition of scope of work, work performance follow-up, control/acceptance of deliverables, and any other duty until satisfactory completion of the required service.
- Ensure professionalism and competence of selected contractors and initiate or participate in audits for that purpose.
- Contribute to the technical administration of Contracts (MTMC, ICSS SMC, other ad-hoc services, etc), control performance, and follow-up call-offs as required.
- Ensure that all systems and control systems licenses and databases are constantly updated.
- Initiate regular audits of by third-party specialists and prepare maintenance interventions requiring third parties.
- Develop and update ICSS maintenance procedures in conjunction with concerned departments: well performance, site, laboratory and treatment.

- Within the framework of Deep Water (AKPO and EGINA) Operations, the main objectives are, in the field of maintenance of ICSS, Networks, Process to:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Maintenance Plans prepared at project stage (including dedicated procedures, spare parts coverage, tools selection and other technical aspects), coordinate with the Methods Department their consolidation in adequate and efficient maintenance workable packages, in accordance with the Maintenance Policy.
- Ensure proper assistance of external resources (vendors, contractors, means and equipment) to support the offshore staff and ensure relevant equipment integrity.
- Provide technical expertise in view of timely and efficient addressing of the failures and losses of performance, monitoring equipment condition, ensuring optimized maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Company rules, procedures and specifications.
- Technical leadership and guidance to other departments in ICSS input and output to plant Safety and process controls.
- Administer and ensure the adequate level of competence and performance of the contractors through audits, competence evaluation exercises, training initiation, etc.
- Prepare and coordinate the major interventions and overhauls in all technical, contractual and logistic aspects.
- Liaise or ensure the liaison with the Authorities (DPR) in view of fully complying with the regulations and of optimising the ICSS Operations.
Requirements
Education Qualification:
- B.Eng. Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an Instrumentation & Control Engineer including 4 in the Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory operational position.
