Application Process
1.) Consult Your Home Country’s Dispatching Department
Contact the office of educational and cultural affairs of Chinese diplomatic missions or relevant departments in your country for application details.
2.) Online Application
- Visit the China Scholarship Council Online Application System http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua.
- Complete the online application form (Category B), selecting “Northeast Electric Power University” as your first choice with the agency number code of NEPU as 10188.

3.) Admission Notification
The China Scholarship Council will review applications and forward eligible candidates to the NEPU university for admission. Successful applicants will receive an Admission Notice and a Visa Application Form (JW201) for study in China.
