We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Account Officer

Location: Lagos / Calabar, Cross River

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent attention to detail, and expertise in accounting and financial analysis.
  • You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, managing reporting processes, and driving efficiency in the account department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue error-free invoices to clients nationwide.
  • Ensure timely posting of source documents (invoices, petty cash vouchers).
  • Process staff salaries and payroll using accounting software.
  • Conduct monthly salary reconciliation and manage staff salary loans.
  • Handle remittance of tax returns to relevant authorities.
  • Spearhead debt recovery from clients and conduct financial spot checks.
  • Reconcile bank transactions and maintain financial records.
  • Oversee payroll accounting, balance sheet analysis, and financial reconciliations.
  • Maintain fixed assets register and record monthly depreciation entries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management review.
  • Perform any other assigned accounting-related tasks.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • ACA/ACCA certification (or in progress) is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Expertise in financial analysis and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

2.) Human Resource Officer

Locations: Calabar – Cross River and Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Officer to handle human resources and administrative functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, and office administration, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce and office functions.
  • This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive work environment while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility operations to ensure seamless daily activities.
  • Develop and manage HR and administrative budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on HR-related matters, fostering leadership development.
  • Supervise payroll and HR database operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee corporate certificate renewals, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement and talent retention initiatives, creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Monitor HR and administrative costs and contribute to budget planning and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement employee well-being programs, including mental health, work-life balance, and career development initiatives.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development programs to build internal capabilities and ensure business continuity.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) strategies.
  • Manage employee grievance procedures, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and compliance.
  • Partner with senior management to analyze workforce trends and provide strategic HR insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee HR technology systems, including HRIS, payroll software, and talent management platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative management
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

3.) Executive Truck Driver

Locations: Calabar – Cross River, Lagos, Ogun

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description 

  • We are seeking reliable and experienced Truck Drivers to transport finished goods to various n locations across the country. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe delivery of products while adhering to road safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate powered trucks to transport company goods to assigned destinations.
  • Plan delivery routes and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, waybills, and trip records.
  • Ensure proper loading, offloading, and securing of goods to avoid damage during transit.
  • Follow all road safety regulations and company delivery procedures.
  • Communicate with the logistics team to update delivery status and resolve any issues during transit.
  • Refuel and maintain the cleanliness of the truck at all times.
  • Ensure the security of goods in transit and handle delivery documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND/Bsc qualification.
  • Provision of a medical certificate.
  • Valid Class E or Above Driving License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in delivery truck driving, preferably within the FMCG or logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of truck operation and basic vehicle maintenance.
  • Familiarity with road networks across Nigeria.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver goods on time.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel long distances across different locations.
