The Ben Attah Foundation Scholarship is aimed at supporting talented students in their pursuit of higher education.The Ben Attah Scholarship provides financial coverage for the cost of study and living expenses for the selected candidates.
For the 2025 round of scholarship applications, students across primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions are invited to apply.
Benefits of Ben Attah Foundation Scholarship Program
Each recipient of the Ben Attah Foundation Scholarship will receive financial assistance to further their academic goals, enabling them to focus on their studies without the burden of financial constraints.
Requirements for the Scholarship Program
- Be a Nigerian.
- Be enrolled in an accredited degree at a Nigerian tertiary institution.
Selection Process
Post Application
- Disqualified & uncompetitive applications will be notified within 2 weeks of after closing the portal & shall be withdrawn.
- First level feedback shall be given within 60 days of portal closure.
- Awards shall be announced 3 months after closing the portal
Application Documents
- Certificate of Origin for applicants from Okobo LGA
- A letter of recommendation from a Certified Chief/ Senior Civil Servant
- A Copy of Exam result from your institution.
- A copy of your JAMB result
- Reference letter from Head of Department/ Senior Lecturer
- A Draft Application Letter (maximum 500 words) for Scholarship highlighting the values you will add to the LGA and the society at large.

- Open the form that applies to you – tertiary Institution
- Upload all your documents in the allotted spaces. The portal can accept up to a maximum of 10 attachments. Only PDF files to be attached.
- Attach your application letter
- Cross-check that all documents have been attached.
- Press SEND. Application completed
