
Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has released his final 23-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
Chelle named two home-based players in his squad: goalkeeper Kayode Bankole and midfielder Papa Daniel.
There was also a maiden invitation for KRC Genk forward Tolu Arokodare, while Joe Aribo also made the list.
Regulars like captain William Troost-Ekong, Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Moses Simon, and Samuel Chukwueze were also included by the Malian.
Nigeria will confront Group C leaders Rwanda in Kigali on Friday, March 21, before taking on Zimbabwe’s Warriors at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo, four days later.
