Job Overview
- The Social media community manager will play a crucial role in shaping and fostering a vibrant online community around our brands and products.
- This person will be responsible for creating engaging and authentic contents, building relationships with our audience and leveraging various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and community engagements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Developing and implementing a community engagement strategy aligned with the brand while fostering a sense of community with the audience/customers.
- Creating and curating compelling video contents featuring personal interactions showcasing and speaking about our products for social media, forums, and communities.
- Monitoring social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend reach and strengthen community.
- Maintaining brand presence and engagements and responding timely to community inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Organizing and executing online/offline community events or campaigns, webinars and challenges while encouraging participation to foster community interactions and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least an OND qualification.
- 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Must be able to feature in creative video contents.
- Must have proven experience as a community manager or a similar role.
- Must have good understanding on the use of social media.
- Must have an exceptional communication and interpersonal skill.
- Must have great team work and leadership skills.
- Must possess good time management skills.
- Must live within Isolo / Ago / Festac and environs.

2.) Customer Service Representative
Location: Okota, Lagos

Reports To: The supervisor
Job Overview
- The Customer service representative will attend to customers with complaints and questions provide product & service information, process orders and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Processing and closing sales and transactions satisfactorily
- Answering questions about company’s product and services
- Collecting. Identifying and analyzing customer feedback and complaints
- Following up with prospective and current customers on their use of our products in order to retain them
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Job Requirements
- Must be a good team player, possess good character traits and personality
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a customer service representative
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have at least OND
- Must live within Okota/Ago/Isolo and environs
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 monthly.

3.) Accountant
Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: The Manager
Job Overview
- The accountant would be responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports, recording a wide range of transactions and provide trustworthy information about financial records.
- They would also be responsible for tracking and managing the inventory account.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing and tracking all account transactions.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reconciling account payable and receivables.
- Computing tax payments and returns.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Manage balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Reporting company’s financial health.
- Ensuring timely payments and transactions.
- Complying with financial policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least HND in Accounting, finance or any relevant courses.
- 3 – 7 years relevant work experience
- Must have work experience as an accountant.
- Must have hands on experience with accounting soft wares including advanced Ms Excel skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Must have strong attention to detail and good analytics skill.
- Must live within Okota/Ago/Isolo and environs.
