Governor Charles Soludo has declared that Anambra is predominantly a Christian State, asserting that his administration resolved to clamp down on those purveying evils in the state.

The Governor, who spoke on Wednesday night during a Healing and Deliverance crusade organized by the Dunamis International Gospel Center, DIGC, said all native doctors in the state are currently on the run.

“Anambra is predominantly a Christian State. People usually ask why I say that, but I tell them that when you have a place where you find 98 percent of the people professing one thing, it is appropriate to say it that way.

“All the dangerous native doctors are on the run. Because light and darkness cannot be in the same place. Evil must give way”, Governor Soludo said.

On the security crisis that relatively overwhelmed the state recently, the governor stated that he “just saw a report by our Commissioner of Police, CP that in the last one month, there was no gunshot from either the criminals or the police”.

Addressing the Senior Pastor of Dunamis Church, Pastor Paul Enenche, the governor gave a hint on his plan to mount christian symbol in the state

He said, “by the next time you come here, you will see the light of the nation and you will see a cross carrying the light of the nation.

“Before you leave, please pray for Anambra State”.
