• Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Practitioner (HRM) to join our team. The HR practitioner will provide direction for administrative and manage people ooperations across divisions within Ondo state.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Guide and supervise the initial task of massive recruitment and thereafter regular recruitment.
• Ensure that the employment conditions are aligned between the two companies.
• Ensure that various policies, procedures and documents such as Conditions of Service, Code of Conduct, Grievance Procedure, Disciplinary Procedure are implemented and communicated to the workforce.
• Ensure that HSE requirements are met and define preventive actions and measures to reduce hazard of all nature.
• Ensure that training programs are planned and implemented.
• Ensure that the structure of the workforce is aligned with the Group strategy, cost effective and that the requirements in terms of Nigerian Labour Law and other compliance matters are met.Manage the labour relations and steer the conflict resolutions.
• Ensure that the requirements in terms of Health Maintenance Organization and/or medical facilities are met.
• Ensure that the Housing Policy and the allocation of housing units on both location (plantation and industrial complex) is properly implemented.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years experience.

Salary
N700,000 – N1,000,000 / Month.
