The Nigerian forward put on a spectacular display in Atalanta’s 4-0 demolition of Juventus, scoring a goal and playing a pivotal role in the stunning victory.

But the biggest moment came when Lookman and Gasperini shared an emotional embrace on the sidelines, signaling that their differences had been resolved.

Zappacosta, speaking about the moment, said, “It was a nice gesture from both. But the coach put it well: it was something that started and ended there, football things when you spend so many days together.”

Gasperini’s u-turn on Lookman

Following their highly publicized clash, Gasperini has completely changed his tune on Lookman in recent weeks.
