David Moyes will be announced as Everton’s new manager this weekend, according to The Mirror.

The former Manchester United and West Ham has reached an agreement on a sensational return to Goodison Park.

Talks between the Toffees’ new owners, The Friedkin Group, and Moyes have now reached a conclusion.

Moyes will sign a two-and-a-half year contract that runs out in 2027.

His first back will see Everton host Aston Villa in the Premier League next Wednesday.

The 61-year-old left the club in June 2013 to replace Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Traffo

rd.

During his 11 years in charge at Goodison Park, Moyes oversaw more than 500 games and helped Everton go from relegation battlers to qualifying for the Champions League in 2005.

He has been out of work since he left West Ham at the end of last season.

Moyes will replace Dyche, who was sacked on Thursday, with the team sitting in 16th place, one point above the relegation zone after one win in 11 games.
