2025 Imperial College London Great Scholarship for International Students

Imperial College London, in collaboration with the British Council and the UK Government’s GREAT Britain Campaign, is offering GREAT Scholarships 2025 for international students from France, Greece, Italy, Pakistan, and Spain.

This scholarship provides financial assistance for one-year postgraduate study in Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine, and Business disciplines at Imperial .

Scholarship Benefits

Each scholarship is valued at £15,000, which is applied toward tuition fees. A total of 9 scholarships are available:

• 2 scholarships each for France, Greece, Italy, and Spain.
• 1 scholarship for Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the GREAT – Imperial College London Scholarship, applicants must:

• Hold a valid passport and be a resident of one of the eligible countries: France, Greece, Italy, Pakistan, or Spain.
• Be classified as Overseas for tuition fee purposes.
• Apply for a one-year, full-time Master’s course (on-campus only).
  • Applicants from France, Greece, Italy, and Spain can apply to any faculty, including the Business School.
  • Applicants from Pakistan are eligible for all faculties except the Business School.
• Have received an offer of admission to an eligible Master’s course by 28 March 2025.
• Meet the English language requirements by 30 June 2025 (Pre-sessional English courses are not supported).

Ineligibility

Applicants are not eligible if they:

• Hold dual British citizenship.
• Apply for an online or distance learning course.
• Enroll in a course lasting more than one year.

Application Process

Stage 1: Apply for Admission

1. • Submit your application for a one-year, full-time Master’s course at Imperial College London by:
     • 9 January 2025 (for Business School courses).
     • 16 January 2025 (for other faculties).
   • Ensure you receive an offer of admission by 28 March 2025.
   • Indicate your nationality and country of permanent residence as one of the eligible countries in your application.

Stage 2: Scholarship Application:

Eligible candidates will be contacted during the week commencing 14 April 2025 via email and invited to complete a GREAT Scholarship application form.

Result Notification

Successful applicants will be informed via email by 30 June 2025. Those not contacted by this date should assume their application was unsuccessful.
