Vitor Roque’s marriage to Dayana Lins has apparently crashed after one year.

 Brazilian influencer Dayana Lins has revealed that her marriage to Real Betis striker Vitor Roque is on the verge of collapse after just one year. 

In a bombshell interview with LeoDias, the 24-year-old interior designer shared details of the cracks in their relationship, citing a lack of empathy and support from the 19-year-old footballer currently on loan from Barcelona.

“I definitely intend to separate; we have already started negotiations. Unfortunately, the marriage did not work out,” she disclosed.

Lins added that she is making arrangements to return to Brazil but is held back by logistical challenges, including financial matters and her pet’s paperwork.

 “I definitely miss it a lot and want to return to Brazil as soon as possible, but these issues still keep me here,” she said.

Lins shed light on troubling moments during their marriage, including an incident where she suffered a domestic accident and received no help from Roque.

 “I posted about my situation in the family group, and Vitor didn’t even send me a message or offer any help,” she explained.

She also shared her disappointment about feeling neglected during significant occasions.

 “On 12/25, Vitor and his parents travelled and didn’t even tell me. There are other situations that were more serious, about loyalty, but it’s another subject that I’m not ready to deal with yet,” she said.

Last month, in an emotional video on social media, Lins reflected on the sacrifices she made for the relationship and offered advice to those considering marriage.

“When you get married, whether you like it or not, you believe you chose the right partner, and me believing, I left everything behind—my parents’ house, my college, my work,” she began.

She described the isolation and helplessness she felt, saying,

“For example, in a situation where you ask if you can take what’s inside the fridge, inside your own house… not feeling powerless about not being able to go out to buy food… it’s like asking strangers.”

Her heartfelt plea for self-preservation resonated deeply:

 “If you had one life before that one relationship, don’t leave everything behind… trust in love, trust in God.

“But if the other doesn’t have that love, that affection of giving up something for you, they can throw you out at the first chance they get. They’ll do it.”

Vitor Roque and Dayana Lins’ love story set to end

 Rumours of a marital rift first surfaced months ago when the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram and erased their wedding photos. 

Now, with divorce proceedings reportedly underway, the cracks have become undeniable.

Roque and Dayana tied the knot in December 2023, just months after Roque, then 18, was unveiled as Barcelona’s newest star signing.

However, their union drew attention due to their five-year age gap, with Dayana facing criticism online.
