Usain Bolt penned an inspirational message on not giving up with his throwback pictures at 16.

Jamaican track legend Usain Bolt lived a dream every sportsman or woman always works for – be the greatest athlete ever in their chosen field.

He accomplished this gracefully as the world’s fastest man in history, having clocked 100m and 200m world records of 9.58s and 19.19s – both set at the 2009 world championships in Berlin.

Looking back through the years of his career, which spanned from 2008 to 2017, Bolt took time to share on his social media pages how it all began at age 16 with an inspirational message.

“16 years old. A kid from Jamaica…with a big dream. As I always say Anything is possible – don’t think limits! #TBT,” wrote the multiple record-breaking champion.

The Jamaican’s legacy will forever be etched in the history books as the greatest track athlete to ever walk the earth for generations to come.
