2025 Royal Thai AIT Fully Funded Scholarship
Royal Thai Government (RTG) is inviting applications for its fully funded scholarships at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), with a deadline of February 28, 2025.
These scholarships are open to international students aiming to pursue Master’s and Doctoral degrees in fields such as Engineering & Technology, Environmental & Development Studies, and Management.
The RTG scholarships offer comprehensive financial support, including full tuition fee coverage, monthly stipends, accommodation expenses, and research grants for PhD students.
To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate outstanding academic records. For Master’s programs, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 in a 4-year undergraduate program is required. Doctoral candidates must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 in both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
Additionally, proficiency in English is mandatory, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall and in the writing band, or an AIT English Test (EET) score of 6.0. Doctoral applicants are also required to submit two recommendation letters and a research proposal.
Prospective candidates from Bhutan, Timor-Leste, ASEAN countries, and other Asian nations are encouraged to apply.
