1.) Head of Marketing – Furniture Business

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our exclusive furniture brand, comparable to Novena, VAVA, Vento, Beesline, and Soxo Exclusive.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and executing high-impact marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- This role combines leadership, creativity, and strategic planning to position the brand as a market leader in the luxury furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales of the company’s exclusive furniture products.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and opportunities for growth within the furniture, construction, and interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, designers, and industry influencers to drive business development.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content to engage and attract the target audience effectively.
- Manage the company’s presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with product development and sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the luxury furniture, interior design, or construction industries.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to network and build relationships.
- Experience working with commission-based sales teams and aligning marketing efforts to maximize sales outcomes.
Compensation
- Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 / month.
- This position offers a competitive base salary with a performance-based incentive structure, including bonuses tied to sales and marketing success

2.) Finance Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial and cash flow analysis; prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain project accounting, including budget-to-actual statements.
- Manage general ledger, payroll reporting, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and financial statements.
- Prepare budgets and ensure timely report submission.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (VAT, PAYE, etc.).
- Monitor cash flow and manage company finances.
- Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
- Assist with audits and annual financial statement preparation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- ICAN certification required.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience, with 3 years in a senior managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks etc).
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

3.) Factory Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager for our factory in Ikorodu.
- The successful candidate will plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee all manufacturing processes across departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- The role also involves providing strong leadership and guidance to the production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans, set performance targets, and prepare operational budgets to align with company goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, organize workflows, and evaluate production schedules to meet customer expectations and deadlines. Operate CNC machines and other factory equipment.
- Build a strong rapport with the production team, promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment, and set clear performance expectations.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and minimize rework costs.
- Recommend measures to reduce waste, improve production practices, and enhance equipment effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures (HSE).
- Provide overall guidance and direction for factory operations and lead the production team.
- Perform routine maintenance on factory equipment and escalate issues as needed to ensure no production downtime.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree (M.Sc., MBA) or PMP certification is desirable.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 7 years in a senior managerial role, preferably in a furniture manufacturing environment.
- Experience with furniture machinery, particularly CNC machines.
- Strong strategic and operational orientation.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.

4.) Account Associate
Location: Lagos

- We are seeking an Account Associate to assist in the preparation of financial statements, maintenance of accounting records, and provision of financial support to the management team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as assisting in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.
Accounting Records:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable:
- Process and pay invoices, as well as manage the accounts payable function.
- Manage the accounts receivable function, including invoicing and collection of debts.
Inventory Management:

- Ensure compliance with inventory accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis:

Internal Controls:

Audits and Reviews:

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Professional certification, such as ICAN, is an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in Excel, including ERP systems and accounting packages.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
