We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Real Estate Marketing Specialist
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Advances the community and customer experience through online and traditional marketing
- Streamlines company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
- Responsible for the effective and professional handling of all customer interactions via outgoing sales call to offer products at regular and special prices to increase sales volume
- Develops, implements, and tracks marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
- Involves expanding the channel partner base and coordinating with them regularly for sales.
- Markets presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
- Manages website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
- Updates knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- More than 2 years experience in Marketing
- Strong knowledge of the real estate and housing market
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude

- The Real Estate Marketing Specialist must have self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure.

2.) Real Estate Marketing Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Description
- We are looking for a highly capable real estate marketing manager to ensure that our property and related finances are optimally managed. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, purchasing supplies, and supervising staff members and groundskeepers.
- To ensure success, real estate managers should possess extensive experience in real estate management and the ability to negotiate contracts. An outstanding real estate manager will be someone with sound financial knowledge who can successfully manage a property.
Real Estate Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties.
- Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
- Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements.
- Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers.
- Keeping owners informed on taxes, occupancy rates, and lease expiration dates.
- Resolving complaints from residents and tenants.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Project Management.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a project management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
- Proficiency in real estate management software, like Buildium and AppFolio. Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates. In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and procurement of vendors and suppliers.
- Ability to resolve resident and tenant complaints, as well as to supervise workers and contractors. Advanced ability to keep property owners and investors updated.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- HND / BSc in any relevant field
- 2 Years minimum experience in Real Estate (Compulsory)

3.) Security Guard

Job Description
- As a Security Officer you are responsible for protecting a person, organization or asset in the case of an incident. Their duties include monitoring a specific area, evicting trespassers and writing reports detailing any occurrences during their shift.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The overall duty of a Security Guard is to protect a company’s property, employees and visitors. Here are some of their typical daily responsibilities that you can include in a job description:
- Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure
- Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over
- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols
- Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
- Testing security systems and, if needed, operating X-ray machines and metal detectors
- Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner
- Performing CPR or first aid when needed.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 4-6 years experience.
