Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are seeking enthusiastic and smart female Junior Retail Executives to man our Container Experience Centres and retail stands.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with clients as they walk into the store, providing them with a memorable shopping experience, and educating them about our sustainable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Approach and welcome clients as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Skipper Green products and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Support: Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions, answer queries, and provide product demonstrations.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the Container Experience Centre is always clean, well organized, and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, report any shortages, and assist with restocking as necessary.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. o Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sustainability.
- Basic knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Appearance: Presentable and professional demeanour.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
