What happened?

The penalty, converted by Liam Delap, proved to be the opening goal in a 2-0 win for Ipswich.
Chelsea admitted to failing to control their players and accepted the FA charge, leading to an independent regulatory commission imposing the fine.
The incident occurred when goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen was adjudged to have fouled the centre-forward in the penalty area.
Despite protests from Chelsea players, the decision was upheld by VAR and Delap scored the resulting spot-kick.
