We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for site construction activities, daily work planning, marking out and leveling construction sites, coordination with contractors on day-to-day activities, and timely delivery of site works.
- Implement project designs and construction works schedule as instructed by the Project Manager .
- Ensure adherence to the approved designs and project schedule throughout the construction process.
- Ensure that construction works align with project designs and specifications, without errors or inconsistencies.
- Optimize the utilization of financial resources and materials allocated for site use.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Office, word, excel and PowerPoint to maintain reports.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Proximity is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate and property construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to ensure smooth project execution.
