Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook/Receptionist Chef to join our team. As a Cook/Receptionist, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, food preparation, ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests, greeting guests, check-ins and checkouts and assisting with the day-to-day operations .
  • You will report to the Guest Services Manager but will also be expected to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares food for customers by cooking, assembling and combining with right ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Create innovative and delicious menu items
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Pre and post guest property inspections
  • Apartment billings
  • Stocking of mini bars
  • Other responsibilities as and when required by the company.

Requirements / Skills Required

  • Ccandidates should possess an FSLC, HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
  • At least 1 year in a similar role
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • High level of personal and professional presentation
  • Proven experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of tasty food cooking processes and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
