Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Description:

Communicate professionally with customers

Resolve inquiries and complaints

Provide accurate service info

Collaborate with internal teams

 

Qualification / Experience:

B.Sc / H.N.D in Arts / Social Science discipline with not less than two years experience

Proven customer care experience

Familiarity with logistics/freight forwarding ( desirable)

Computer literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft office- word, excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities
