We are recruiting to fill the positions below:
1.) Female Radiographer
Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing examination rooms for patient examinations.
- Positioning patients and equipment, explaining the procedures, and ensuring patients’ comfort
- .Interact with patients to offer them psychological support and reassurance.
- Set accurate radiation levels in accordance with established standards, and also obtain patient consent prior to diagnostic imaging to fulfill legal requirements.
- Operate CT scanners, MRI, X-rays, machines etc. to obtain radiographic images of patients.
- Evaluate patient condition prior to radiotherapy to determine the suitable radiographic technique for treatment.
- Accurately performs diagnostic imaging to obtain clear, usable images.
- Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify the scan sequences and monitoring the video display to adjust the density or contrast.
- Monitor patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
- Ensure compliance with established safety regulations and procedures when operating radiation equipment in order to prevent ill-exposure to ionizing radiation.
- Producing diagnostic images, reporting important information to the Physician, and updating patients’ records on PACS.
- Follow all radiology health and safety rules and report any possible hazards to the Radiologist and Branch Operations Manager
- Keep and / or retrieve departmental copies of patient test reports.
- Keeps the Branch Operations Manager and Radiologist informed about malfunctioning of any equipment in the department
- Monitors and flags clients’ report with extended reporting time
Job Requirement
- First Degree in Radiograph
- 2-4 years previous experience as a radiographer.

2.) Female Sonographer
Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to produce clear and informative diagnostic images.
- Review images to ensure quality and identify any abnormalities that may require further investigation.
- Prepare patients for ultrasound examinations by explaining procedures, positioning them comfortably, and applying ultrasound gel.
- Maintain detailed patient records, documenting examination findings and technical parameters.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, providing preliminary exam results and observations.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and procedures.
- May perform additional duties as assigned, which could include assisting with research projects or training new staff.
Job Requirements
- First Degree in Radiography
- PGD in ultrasound
- 2-4 years of previous experience as a Sonographer.

3.) Regional Operations Manager – North
Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor branch staff:
- Support the HR Department in the selection of skilled staff as required according to HR policies and procedures and the departmental budget.
- Liaise with HR to ensure that all recruitment, selection, and resignation documentation are completed, updated and forwarded to HR as required according to HR regulations and requirements.
- Answer and/or refer any queries from employees in respect of leave matters and complete any administrative tasks as needed.
- Support induction for new appointments and ensure that new staff members are orientated into the department.
- Set short- and medium-term goals and action plans according to any known strategic business plans and changes in work patterns.
- Draft house rules for the branch and distribute them to all relevant staff as required according to the branch requirements.
- Ensure all staff has access to PPE and that all staff comply and wear PPE at all times when they are performing their duties.
Perform operational management tasks:
- Identify and solve operational problems such as: TAT, Quality problems, breach in discipline, noncompliance with policies and procedures and negligence or transcription errors when needed according to relevant work instruction / SOP.
- Liaise with the supply chain monthly according to departmental needs using organizational tools (SAP).
- Monitor and follow up on the day-to-day operational aspects of the department in accordance with departmental needs and/or relevant SOP.
- Meet with the Pathologist/ Radiologist in charge on relevant operational and staff issues, plans for future developments and new policies and procedures as required.
- Ensure all equipment for radiology and pathology gets preventative maintenance and calibrations according to the QAD schedule and all assets such as A/C and generators, etc maintained according to the Facilities schedule. If there is any delay this needs to be escalated to the COO.
Generate Management report:
- Daily sales report
- Monthly branch consumption report on SAP
- Monitoring weekly consumption on SAP
- Monthly Health and safety checklist
- Monthly compliance audit report
Financial management:
- Verify all staff duty claims and allowances monthly according to relevant work instructions/SOP.
- Monitor the materials management of the department according to days-on-hand and other relevant Materials Management reports.
- Monitor branch expenses and productivity according to the monthly financial reports.
- Patient refunds are to be zero at month’s end.
Maintain good client relations:
- Monitor the number of complaints received from internal and external clients and take corrective action when needed.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of the company’s structure, functions, policies, and procedures with regard to protocols.
- Assist internal and external clients with problems and queries daily to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist the Pathologist/Radiologist with client visits to promote services and good client relations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Sciences with preference to:
- B.MLS: Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science or International Equivalent
- B. Rad: Radiography/Radiological Sciences
- 5 years and above experience in a similar role. Healthcare (Diagnostics) experience is preferred.
