Despite enduring a frustrating spell in front of goal, Jadon Sancho remains upbeat about his experience at Stamford Bridge, crediting manager Enzo Maresca for fostering a strong sense of unity within the squad.

“I’m really delighted that I’m here, playing football here at Chelsea,” Sancho said, adding, “Maresca makes us feel at home. It’s not easy for players to say that. We’ve grown into one big family. The lads are very good, and every day is a fun day.”

Sancho’s comments come on the back of Chelsea’s narrow 1-0 victory over Leicester City, a result that lifted the Blues into the Premier League’s top four.

While Maresca’s side continues to fight for a Champions League spot, the 23-year-old winger’s struggles in the final third remain a cause for concern.

Sancho last found the net in Chelsea’s 4-3 win over Tottenham on December 8, and since then, his attacking output has dried up completely.

His only assist in 2025 came back in January against Crystal Palace, leaving him with no goal contributions in over two months.

Despite regularly featuring in Maresca’s starting XI, the Englishman has been unable to rediscover his best form, raising questions about his long-term future.
