Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has appointed Mallam Halliru Abdullahi Maraya and Mallam Abdullahi Bayero as new members of the Special Hajj Committee.

This was contained in a statement signed by Ibraheem Musa, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Wednesday.

According to the statement, Governor Sani while congratulating the appointees, urged them to approach their new responsibilities with diligence and integrity.

“Your task is a sacred one, and I trust that you will discharge your duties with utmost dedication. May Allah guide you in this new assignment,” he said.

Maraya, an expert in Islamic affairs, is well-known for his advocacy for peace and interfaith dialogue.

While Abdullahi Bayero is a seasoned businessman, experienced public servant, strategic communication expert, and dedicated advocate for the underprivileged.
