Ronaldo penned a heartwarming birthday message to his longtime girlfriend on social media.

Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated his long-time partner, Georgina Rodríguez, in the sweetest way as she turned 31.

The 39-year-old Portuguese football icon took to Instagram on Monday to share a heartfelt message dedicated to Georgina, with whom he has been in a relationship for nine years.
