Nigeria’s goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke is back in the market after Sudanese giants Al Merrikh terminated his contract.

Nigerian goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke has broken his silence following the unexpected termination of his contract with Sudanese club Al Merrikh SC. 

The news, which came as a shock to the NPFL community, was officially announced by the club, stating that they had mutually agreed to part ways with Olorunleke just six months into his two-year deal.

Reports have emerged suggesting that Olorunleke faced difficulties during his time at Al Merrikh, including issues with training quality and disagreements with coaching staff. 

In a light-hearted response to the situation, Olorunleke took to social media to reassure fans and hint at his future plans.

He responded to a comment on Al Merrikh’s announcement with a confident message: “E go loud my guy no worry. Dem go know say grace no be anybody mate,” indicating that this is not the end of the journey for him.

While many fans flooded the comments section to express their support, Olorunleke remained tight-lipped about the specifics surrounding his exit.

Despite these setbacks, the former Enyimba shot-stopper’s optimism shines through in a post on his account. 

He emphasised his faith in a brighter future with another post stating, “GRACE AMBASSADOR For a REASON… FAITHFUL GOD 💪🙏 I LAUGH,” reflecting his positive mindset amid adversity.
