We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Legal / Human Resources Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Legal HR Responsibilities

  • Draft, vet and review contracts and advice accordingly.
  • Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards.
  • Offer legal advice and support on issues that may affect the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all the necessary statutory obligations. • Supervise and manage employees’ issues with the company.
  • Proficiency in drafting official letters.
  • Proper file documentation and company secretarial issues .
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  • Any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree qualification with 3– 5 years’ work experience.

2.) Aluminium Technician

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Execute aluminium fixtures and maintenance tasks with precision.
  • Analyse and perform tasks according to regulated standards.
  • Carry out other civil tasks, such as façade cleaning, beyond aluminium work.
  • Operate portable and dedicated power tools effectively.
  • Perform additional work in aluminium, ironmongery, furniture, and related areas.
  • Complete any other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Minimum of OND in Electrical or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminium works.
  • Proven track record in the field. Basic understanding and experience in HSE procedures.
  • Familiarity with aluminum works, alucobond use, ironmongery, furniture, and janitorial services.

  • Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.

3.) Tiler

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Assess surfaces intended for tiling to determine necessary preparations for optimal adhesion.
  • Perform thorough surface preparation tasks, including cleaning and priming, to ensure longevity.
  • Skilfully install tiles following a detailed tiling plan, including precise cutting and fitting as required.
  • Apply grout meticulously to fill gaps between tiles and achieve a seamless appearance.
  • Execute finishing touches and masonry tasks as necessary to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.
  • Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task

Qualifications

  • Hold a Trade Test qualification or equivalent certification.
  • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in tile installation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing surfaces, conducting thorough preparation work, and applying grout for a polished finish.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with dedication to maintaining cleanliness and organization on the job site.

4.) Technical Storekeeper

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a meticulous record of all items in the store, ensuring accuracy and completeness in inventory management.
  • Administering the stored items with care and caution, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and audits to verify inventory levels and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinating with other departments to fulfill internal requisitions and external customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storage area to uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
  • Utilizing computerized inventory management systems to track stock movements, generate reports, and analyze trends for informed decision-making.
  • Providing support during inventory counts, reconciliations, and year-end audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Must have technical storekeeping experience and a wide knowledge of plumbing parts, electrical parts, mechanical parts etc.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proximity to the workplace is preferred for efficient and timely attendance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems and MS Office applications for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for handling and storing various types of items, including hazardous materials if applicable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5.) Painter

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess surfaces and prepare them for painting, including removing mold, stains, and repairing damaged walls as needed.
  • Utilize scaffolding or ladders for exterior painting projects and handle both internal and external facade wall painting.
  • Apply paint, putty, and coatings with precision to achieve desired finishes, including spray painting on various surfaces like wood, metal, walls, doors, windows, and ceilings.
  • Protect furniture, floors, and non-paintable areas with appropriate coverings such as nylon and masking tape.
  • Prepare surfaces by filling holes and cracks, sanding, applying primers, and sealers for optimal adhesion.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of surfaces for painting, including POP, screeding, and gloss painting.
  • Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment after each project to ensure proper functionality.
  • Conduct post-project cleanup to ensure painted rooms are free of dust, debris, and excess materials.
  • Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task.

Qualifications

  • Hold at least an HND / OND qualification or a relevant Trade Test certification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in painting and surface preparation, preferably with 5-8 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to mix and apply several types of paint, including Oil paint, Emulsion Paint, Enamel Paint, Bituminous Paint, Aluminium Paint, Anti-Corrosive Paint, Synthetic Rubber Paint, Cement Paint, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in spray painting, managing paint types, and achieving professional finishing on all painting projects.
  • Experience in managing surfaces for painting, conducting repairs, and maintaining painting tools and equipment.
