Dogan’s Sugar Limited is incorporated in July 2013 in Lagos, Nigeria as a European invested company for the will to produce quality sugar products in Nigeria. The company is a subsidiary of Ata Ltd. Co.; Ukraine’s biggest and market leader cube sugar manufacturing company with more than %70 market share.
Currently, Ata is manufacturing more than 20 different FMCG products in Ukraine with different weights and packaging.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Electrical Engineer
Location: Lagos
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, test and maintain electrical system, equipment, and components.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards and regulations during installation and maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to restore functionality.
- Conduct regular testing and calibration of electrical systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize testing equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes and other tools to verify proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repair activities.
- Document equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and relevant personnel to address complex electrical issues and optimize system performance.
- Provide support to other departments in coordinating electrical work related to project and upgrades
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Execute emergency repair procedures and collaborate with relevant teams during critical situations.
- Stay informed about advancements in electrical technology through continuous learning.
- Perform other related duties as may be required.
Competency & Technical skill requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- At least 4 years working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with the design and implementation of automated systems, especially as related to manufacturing
- Strong ability with software testing and validation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete shift operations.

2.) Housekeeper
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Conduct basic housekeeping duties, including changing sheets, arranging towels, restocking toilet supplies, and rearranging rooms.
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
- Collecting and disposing of trash.
- Assisting guests when necessary.
- Keeping the linen room stocked.
- Properly cleaning upholstered furniture.
- Cook meals.
- Any other task assigned related to the job.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well unsupervised.
- Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.

3.) Truck Mechanic (Air System)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle Air System to diagnose issues accurately
- Conduct routine Air System maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
- Repair or replace Air System Device when need arises.
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
- Keep logs on work and issues
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Requirements
- Proven experience as Air System Mechanic.
- Excellent knowledge of Air System components of vehicles.
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
- Should know all air system of trucks regardless of brands,
Should know all valves, balloons of trucks. - In any case, should go to outside to repair the trucks on the road,
- In any case, he will be requested to repair other classes of parts.
