1.) Quantity Surveyor and Procurement Specialist

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Cost Management:
- Prepare and evaluate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for various projects.

Procurement:

- Budget Adherence: Percentage of projects completed within the approved budget should meet or exceed X%.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (essential).
- Professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and procurement within the construction industry.
