We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the Head of Investigation and Compliance
  • The incumbent shall maintain strong overall quality control of products established by the Ministry by adhering to reliability, cost of services, performance and customer expectation.
  • Inspection of investigative systems, products and services are important components of the job.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reviewing records and change requests on completeness, consistency, relevance and clarity.
  • Providing advice to requesting departments regarding GMP matters and GMP compliance.
  • Reviewing documentation relating to raw materials and the release of raw materials.
  • Reviewing and preparing batch release documentation.
  • Reviewing and approval of QA-controlled documentation (such as SOPs, batch records, working instructions).
  • Support for the development of appropriate Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and continuous improvement activities.
  • The Quality Assurance Officer is positioned in the organisation to review systems, practices and policies and to ensure that all staff operate and manage the Unit consistent with and aligned to legal regulations and guidelines for providing services to the public with best practices value for expenditure.
  • Liaises with the Legal Team to enforce compliance and prevent legal breaches.
  • Create quality measurements to track improvement in products, execute quality improvement testing and activities.
  • Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production, Skills, Competencies and Experience.
  • An ability to understand, interpret, and communicate with data to produce quality products.
  • Experience in implementing quality assurance processes and protocols.
  • A rudimentary understanding of the technical processes of the organization, to help determine whether or not a product is up to standard.
  • An ability to transform data into actionable information and intervention from trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Superb computer skills, including database management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
  • Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
  • Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
  • Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
  • Fluency in more than one language.

2.) Pharmacy Trainee

Location: Umar Dikko Street, Jabi – Abuja (FCT)

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

  • The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and operations of our buildings and grounds, ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial plans.
