1.) Housekeeper Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of cleaners ensuring they know their duties and work standards
- Operate and guide personnel in proper use of all cleaning equipment.
- Supervise, motivate & schedule all cleaning staff & maintain proper shift coverage
- Perform daily & weekly sanitation inspections.
- Maintain proper premise and facilities cleanliness & safety standards.
- Supervises cleaning staff and janitors to ensure clean, efficient work environment.
- Observes and evaluates employees’ performance to devise methods for improving efficiency.
- Takes inventories of consumables weekly.
- Reports any faults to your supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates with a College Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- 5 – 7 years experience in related field.

2.) Marine Administration Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Recording and analysing ferry activities including all:
- Trips and use of boats
- Tracking of boat movements
- Condition of the boats and ensuring the condition is recorded accurately
- All other boat related metrics and activities
- Recording and analysing marine crew performance and activities
- Implementation of electronic management solutions including real time tracking of boat movements
- Ensuring all marine activities meet client standards and recording and analysing incidents when they do not
- Ensuring all timesheets are accurate and up to date, for both internal and external clients
- Issuing and tracking marine related requisitions, liaising with Procurement
- Working closely with junior staff to ensure accurate administrative records are taken and maintained
- Implementation and enforcement of Company procedures throughout the Department and the Company Compliance with Company regulatory standards, including but not limited to the ISO standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Administrative Course or its equivalent
Years of experience:
- At least 10 years’ experience working in administration
- At least 5 years of experience in managing people.

3.) Baker / Pastry Cook
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Able to produce all baked foods including but not limited to artisan bread, rolls, muffin, pie, cake and doughnuts etc.
- Weighing and measuring ingredients in the pastries section
- Executing pastries orders for catered event accommodating special requests
- Demonstrating skill in baking, pastries, dessert sand sweets
- Creating enticing confectionary decoration and delicious pastry filling as well as keeping abreast of new pastry baking techniques
- Maintaining the good running order and specialized pastry baking equipment
- Maintains and keeps pastry section records
- Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offering
- Able to develop, designs, or creates innovative ideas and items for the pastry section
- Decorate pastries and desserts using different type of icing and toppings.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a pastry cook or baker or similar with high volume food production.

4.) Truck Driver

Requirements
- Must be a confident driver
- Ability to read and write in English Language
- Must be in excellent health condition: Perfect vision and hearing, and must be physically fit
- Must have valid Heavy Duty driver’s license.
Qualification/Experience
- Valid heavy duty driver’s License
- Must not be less than 25 years of age
- Minimum of 5 years of heavy duty truck driving experience.
