1.) Business Applications Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Ensure efficient deployment, maintenance and support of business applications; evaluate and identify opportunities and solutions to enhance organizational efficiency; provide technical expertise and support; drive innovation and process efficiency in applications management; serve as thought leader in application management and optimized function.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain hospital information systems (HIS), including but not limited to Electronic Health Records (EHR), Clinical Information Systems (CIS), financial ERP and other core business applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of new application interfaces to ensure seamless integration with existing hospital systems and workflows.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for software procurement, maintenance, and support, ensuring contractual obligations are met and that applications are up to date.
- Support User Training and Support team to develop and deliver training programs for hospital staff to effectively use IT applications.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues related to application functionality.
- Work closely with cross functional teams including clinical, technical and administrative teams to understand business needs, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
- Manage the timely resolution of application-related incidents, by internal team or vendors, to ensure resolution withing defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the development and management of the IT applications budget, including but not limited to resource allocation for new projects, software upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Actively seek to remain informed on advancements in healthcare IT and technology and serve as thought leader in the organization.
- Deliver cohesive, accurate, executive-level reports as required.
Job Specifications
Education Qualification:
- Minimum of BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology from reputable Academic Institution, Masters is an add advantage.
Professional Qualification:
- MCSE, OCP, CITP, MCSA, ITILv3 and Information Security Certification Tracks.
Experience (Dimension & No of years):
- 8+ years of experience in ERP/Enterprise Application systems, analysis and design.
- 3-5 years managerial experience.
- Prior experience working in or with healthcare facilities (e.g., hospitals, clinics, or pharmaceutical organizations).
- Hands-on experience in database administration and strong SQL based programming and reporting development, including data modeling methodologies.

2.) Procurement Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- To develop and implement strategic procurement processes that optimize cost-efficiency, timely delivery of high-quality good/services, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Leverage data-driven insights and market analysis to drive informed purchasing decisions within regulatory standards.

- Ensure procurement practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations (NAFDAC, HEFAMAA etc) , standards, and organization’s policies, including ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Serve as thought leader for the organization; Continuously analyze market trends, new technologies, and innovative solutions to drive procurement improvements, cost savings and support the organization’s evolving needs.
- Accurate, effective executive level reporting as required. Other duties as may be assigned by your line manager within the scope of your responsibilities from time to time.

3.) Legal Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The manager must possess strong initiative, as well as excellent management and leadership skills and strong business acumen with a view to protecting and safeguarding the interest of the Company
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Provides advisory services to senior management on a variety of issues regarding legal risk compliance corporate governance, data protection and company secretariat ·
- Supports the development and leading of internal audit and corporate compliance programs.
- Executes the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities.
- Evaluate and manage pre-litigation disputes
- Support the development and execution of litigation strategy, manage discovery obligations, manage outside counsel, determine proper case disposition, and monitor litigation budgets expenses.
- Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large.
- Participate in significant internal investigations.
- Ensure information flow to internal and external stakeholders are reliable, correct and approved in line with regulatory requirements and business sustainability at all times.
- Prepares reports on the operation and progress of compliance, and risk management efforts on a regular basis.
- Tracks relevant legislation and regulations that may affect the Company’s business and advises the business in relation thereto.
- Reviews, updates, and develops Company data privacy and security policies and procedures, working closely with the Chief Information Security Officer, and all other appropriate stakeholders, including Finance and commercial business leads.
- Cooperate with Data Protection Compliance Organization (DPCO) and act as a contact point for DPCO on issues relating to data processing.

- Professional Qualification: Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (BL)

- Certifications in Data Protection, Risk Management and Company Secretariat will be an added advantage
