1.) Lounge Manager

Location: Surulere Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday 4pm to 11pm , On club days 4pm till day break. One day off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and POS systems.
  • Experience in inventory management and financial reporting is an advantage.

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven, Marketing Officer in a Microfinance Bank in Egbeda to our team.The Ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting banking products and services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth within Key Performance Indicators, including liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, deposit mobilisation and e-banking product offerings.
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
  • Experienced in loan, credit, risk and recovery process in the Microfinance sector in Nigeria.

  • As a Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. You must be friendly, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards.
  • Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and drinks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to management as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system and provide receipts.
  • Assist with setting up the dining area for special events or promotions.
  • Ensure that guests’ needs are met and deliver exceptional service throughout their visit.
