1.) Factory Controller
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Provide a basis for management planning, operating controls and financial performance appraisals in the production facility in Agbara
- Provide information and analyses to support the management in making business decisions
- Calculates cost prices and IC prices and analyses deviations with actual cost prices.
- Prepares internal Management Report.
- Prepares and consolidates yearly operational Production budgets.
- Reviews for production P &L: actual against budgeted performances and prepares reports explaining deviations
- Responsible for safeguarding integrity of registrations and monitoring irregularities.
- Executes ad-hoc investigations on request of Finance Director
- To have efficient, reliable and tailor made internal management reporting, adding value and supporting other departments’ decisions.
- To automate and efficiently execute the reporting requirements from the various stakeholders.
- To fully control the operations in Production, to understand deviations from budget/plan and to propose improvements.
- To (further) develop the use of available IT for controlling/reporting re. Production
- To assist in implementing the necessary set-up in management control area.
- Any other duty assigned by Superior.

2.) Technical Storekeeper
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Carry out stock and inventory control by reordering spare parts using set reorder levels and Economic Order Quantities as Set up in Maximo
- Constantly review ROL and EOQ to minimize stockouts and ensure availability of needed spare parts for effective operations.
- Ensure implementation of 5S principles within the technical store.
- Act as process owner from purchase-to-pay process for all technical items and services.
- Participate in and oversee monthly stock taking exercise.
Requirements
Our Perfect Candidates:
- Holds Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related studies.
- Proven work experience of minimum five (5) years in similar position.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to get results.
- Good negotiation skills

3.) Payable Accountant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- As a Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices & expense reports. Liaise with treasury on vendor payments run and queries.
- Booking of both Local and foreign invoices on SAP
- Booking of request for Advance payment in respect of Customs Duty, Other Clearing Charges for raw materials & Spares
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Reconciliation of GRNI, Trade Account Payable GL Balances and Vendors advance payment and submission of a weekly/monthly report on these activities.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
- Posting of Month-end Closing Journals for – Accruals, Prepayments, Amortization etc
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
Requirements

- Good knowledge of accounting procedures, policies, rules, and practices affecting the development, maintenance, and control of fiscal record keeping systems.
- Good knowledge of methods and techniques for coding, verifying, balancing, and reconciling accounting records.
