Nigerian star Edeh Loveth has made a big impact in her debut season with Edo Queens, scoring her first goal for the Nigerian Women’s Football League champions during their impressive 5-0 victory over Abia Angels at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City.

NWFL giants Rivers Angels have unveiled no fewer than 14 players, including a beautiful goalkeeper ahead of the new season.
The game started with one of the quickest goals so far when Miracle Usani opened the scoring, followed by Emem Essien doubling the lead.
Goodness Osigwe, Edeh, and Kafayat Mafisere added further goals to secure a comprehensive win for the defending champions.

Following her goal, Edeh took to social media to express her emotions regarding this milestone. Deep into her heartfelt message, she reflected on her mother’s wisdom:
“My mother once told me: ‘Nothing can destroy iron, only its own rust can… Thank God for my first league goal in Edo jersey… My New Adventure, My New Home. GOD DID IT…. It’s hard to stop who never gives up.”
